Beth’s Brazilian Butters Soap

Beth Bacchini at Santo Sabão soap atelier in San Paulo do Brazil shares with our readers one of her recipes that contains plenty of nourishing Brazilian butters. Maybe it would not be that easy to source out those fabulous ingredients elsewhere in the world, but why not just daydream a little bit about their consistence and aroma?

Cupuaçu butter e Copaiba oil Soap
210 g organic palm oil
210 g organic palm kernel oil
245 g sunflower oil
35 g castor oil
21 g Cupuaçu butter ( Theobroma grandiflorum)
14 g Copaiba oil (Copaifera officinalis)

210 g water
105 g caustic soda

35 g lemongrass essential oil (Cymbopogon flexuosus, C. citratus)
2  g rosemary extract (ROE)
14 g E vitamin
